2019 AFA Cyber-Camp

Fuse Breakers are teaming up with Intel and CyberPatriot to host a Cyber Security Camp for kids in grade 4 to 9.  No prior experience in cyber security is necessary. The purpose of this class is to bring cyber security training to the youth, ensure digital security and promote digital citizenship.  Experienced instructors will be conducting this class using the AFA Cybercamp training program. The course combines both learning and fun in order to create an interesting and engaging environment to kids.  All participants will receive a Cyber Patriot t-shirt and a course workbook. There will be two breaks in order to keep students focus, with snacks provided. Instructors to student ratio will be 4 to 1.  We also plan for two guest speakers from the cyber-security industry to share their experience with campers. At the end of the Camp, there will be a competition for the children to display and challenge the skills they have learned throughout the camp. The class will be run on August 5 – 9, 2019 from 8:30 – 12:00 at Intel Folsom Campus FM7 on 1900 Prairie City Rd, Folsom, CA 95630.

Registration is currently closed.  We are at full capacity.  Please contact us at FuseBreakers.ROV@gmail.com if you would like to be placed on the waiting list.
