Disposable gowns are used by the front line workers and the supply is dwindling. The Fuse Breakers tacked at this issue and attempt to fabricate disposable gowns using everyday supply available at Walmart.
Material: Painter’s plastic drape ($1), hair curler ($20), scissors, and markers.
First attempt was a spectacular failure as the gown was created with only one arm. Students are getting a crash course on basics of clothing design. Current version has strings to tighten the neck and back area, as well as a thumb holder (like a ski jacket).

Fortunately the Sacramento community hospitals experienced only a mild surge of COVID19 patients during the first phase. Local hospitals have no shortage of gowns. The Fuse Breakers are ready to mass produce them at moments of notice.
